an experienced fitness trainer with a Masters in Nutrition opened GRIT Fitness Studio in October 2023. Melissa has years of experience working with all ages, and capabilities. She has completed specialization courses in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise, Exercise Therapy, and Corrective Exercise for adults. Her approach to staying "fit" includes breath work, proper core engagement, postural alignment, stability, and functional mobility. GRIT fitness studio is set up to meet clients personal whole body needs whether it is to get better at sports or work performance, recover from an injury, increase muscle, stay strong throughout pregnancy, balance core strength after pregnancy, or just live a physically and mentally stronger life.
